Project scope included soil remediation at coal yards and sediment ponds.

Project site is at 6,100 ft elevation in a high-altitude desert with normal temperature ranges between 100°F and -20°F.

New Construction of a 148-lot residential development

Project originally contracted to a different earthwork/utility contractor who defaulted.

Our crew was brought in to complete and repair the work left from the previous contractor.

Project scope included replacing improperly installed water, sewer, and storm main and lateral lines as well as correcting road grades.
